SHARE A SMILE TRIATHLON

This race is for every kind of athlete (especially novice triathletes). The atmosphere is very relaxed; everyone is simply out to have a good time.

This year we will be building and equipping a permanent charity dental clinic at the new Food and Care Coalition site. This will be a place where all dental professionals from the Utah Valley area can continue to come to donate their time and skills to the homeless and poor in our community. All funds raised by the triathlon this year will go toward this project.

This is a mini triathlon. The 2012 triathlon will be held Saturday, August 18, 2012 starting at 7:00am at the Scera Pool in Orem. An updated registration site will be online in a few weeks. Please check back for more details.

With your registration you will be guaranteed a place in the race, a number, and a participant’s t-shirt. These items will be given to you the day of the race. We cannot guarantee t-shirt size but will do our best to give you your size (please indicate when registering.) The race fills up fast, so we encourage you to register early!

Entries will be limited to 300 - NO REFUNDS
There is a $40 Individual Entry Fee or $60 Relay Team entry Fee
Those registering late (after August 8th(?)) will need to pay an additional $15 late fee.
Children's Triathlon fee is $15. There will be a $10 late fee for each child registering after August 8th (?).

Novice Race

Relay Team

2-3 participants working together to complete the race

Professional Office Division

3 or more participants in the full race all representing the same business. Their times will be averaged together, the fastest average wins a trophy for their business office.

2-3 people representing a business, all working together to complete the full race. The fastest team will win a trophy for their business office.

Considerations:
* There will be lifeguards and volunteers at the swimming pool, one water/limited aide station along the bike trail, and one water/limited aide station along the running trail.
* Wheelchairs are the only wheels permitted on the running section of the course.
* Sponsorship and fees are non refundable.
